We provide customized decoration services including Birthday Decoration, New Year Decoration, Baby Shower, Baby Welcome, Wedding Anniversary, Haldi & Mehndi, Valentine Special Decoration, and Candlelight Dinner Decoration . All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
• Event date, time, location, and decoration details must be shared correctly at the time of booking.
• Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

Payments

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm a booking.
• Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
• Please review the Refund Policy before making a booking.

Customization & Changes

• Decorations are customized based on client requirements.
• Minor variations in color, design, or materials may occur due to availability.
• Last-minute changes may not always be possible.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure timely access to the event location.
• Necessary permissions (if any) from the venue management must be arranged by the client.
• Any damage to décor items or property due to client or guest actions will be the client’s responsibility.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service failure caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic issues, venue restrictions, or government regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs displayed on the website are the property of the company and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
